Policy on Elections with No Contested Offices

At the meeting prior to the election, if there is only one nominee per office, there shall be no requirement to submit written ballots to the membership. When ballots have not been sent, a vote shall be taken to approve the elections of the nominees provided a minimum of 1/5 of the voting membership is present at the annual election meeting.

This Policy on Written Ballots Procedures shall become effective prior to the November 2009 annual election meeting of the West Central Ohio Amateur Radio Association, and shall apply to all elections, held thereafter, unless rescinded or modified by a subsequent vote of the membership.
