Elsa's Ham Radio Luncheon
Every Monday at noon at 6318 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459. This is close to the I-675 and Rt. 48 intersection. This drop-in lunch usually has WCOARA members as well as P25 users and others in attendance. Elsa's restaurant sports a nice Mexican buffet as well as menu items. The buffet has salad bar, burrito and taco making items including shredded beef and chicken. Also include are chili, soup, and cheese enchiladas.
